Day-of FAQ
Please plan to arrive at Gotham Hall using the entrance on Broadway, located at 1356 Broadway, New York, NY 10018 between W 37th and W 36th streets. Once you enter, please look for signs that indicate “Ticket Pick-Up” inside the lobby.

- 34 St Penn Station (Lines 1, 2, 3)

- Times Sq 42nd St (Lines N, Q, R, W)

Upon entrance, please enter the ticket pick-up queue that corresponds with your last name.
Please present a photo ID to receive your wristband and table assignment.
From there, you’ll be able to access the red carpet, coat check, and the pre-show cocktail hour. Tickets must be registered under each attendee’s name. We are no longer accepting name changes.
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with the show beginning at 7:00 p.m. sharp. Guests must be seated by 7:00 p.m.
Doors: 6:00 p.m.
Red Carpet: 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Pre-Show Cocktail Hour: 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Show: 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Post-Show Cocktail Hour: 9:00-10:00 p.m.
Late Arrival Warning: We strongly encourage people to arrive at doors, as the show starts promptly at 7:00 p.m. Guests arriving after the show begins will be seated according to the usher’s discretion and seat availability.
As a reminder, this is a 21+ event and ticket purchases are final & non transferable.
Yes! We encourage all attendees to walk the red carpet! Red carpet opens when doors open at 6:00 p.m.

If you were the ticket purchaser, you will have submitted any dietary restrictions or allergies in your registration. If you were not the ticket purchaser, please contact the ticket purchaser with your dietary note so that they may get in touch with our team.
Awards will be presented on stage to artists/and or labels. If the artist or label is not in attendance, the host will accept on their behalf and they will receive their award via mail.
If you win, our team will help guide you to the stage.
Tickets will be available online until 2:00 PM (ET) the day of the event. Walk-up tickets will not be available for purchase.

The 2025 Libera Awards will be presented live on Monday, June 9, 2025 in New York City.

- Monday, October 21, 2024 – Libera Awards Submissions Open
- Thursday, December 12, 2024 – Libera Awards Submissions Close
- Wednesday, January 15, 2025 – First Round Voting Opens
- Tuesday, January 28, 2025 – First Round Voting Closes
- Wednesday, March 19 , 2025 – Final Round Voting Opens/Nominees Announced
- Wednesday, April 2, 2025 – Final Round Voting Closes
- Monday, June 9 2025 – Libera Awards Ceremony
To qualify, artists/submissions must be independently owned/controlled, and commercially released in the United States and its Territories between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. Single tracks, EPs, and albums can qualify for all categories listed as Best Record. See eligibility criteria for each category here.

The name “Libera” comes from the Latin “liberare,” meaning “to free.” Liberta was the goddess of liberty – a significant figure in Roman mythology, revered as the goddess of freedom.
A2IM worked with the Portland-based artist, Zak Gere, to create a statuette that represented liberation. The dancing woman captures movement, strength, and freedom. She was originally done in wire. You can see examples of Zak’s wire work in the linked article above.
