For official voters, please review the important voting steps and information below.

Voting

Log In

Click the Registration link that was sent to you to begin the process. If you need help designating your voter for your company, please contact membership at membership@a2im.org. All members in good standing receive ONE vote in the first round.

If you previously created an account during the submission phase last year, you can use the same login credentials to vote. If you’ve never used the platform before, you’ll be required to create a new account. Members who are still logged in from the submission phase will be taken directly to the voting homepage.

Note that voting is open to only one member company representative during The First Round of Voting.

Click Judge

At the top of your screen you’ll find a tab that says Judge

Select a category to judge

Select the categories that you would like to vote in from the list provided.

Choose a Submission

You can listen to audio, watch video, and view links for each entry by clicking on the Entry Name.

Cast Your Vote

To cast a vote for a submission, simply click the heart button for that entry. When you click vote, you should see a “+1” pop up next to the heart. If you made a mistake, you can revoke your vote by clicking the heart again to remove the “+1”.

That's All Folks!

Once you have cast your votes for each category that you feel comfortable voting in, you’re all set! There is no “submission” button. Your votes are automatically tallied when you click the heart. Thank you for your participation this year!

Submissions

Submit your music to be considered at the 2024 A2IM Libera Awards, the largest celebration of independent music globally.

Submit for the 2024 Libera Awards

To qualify, artists/submissions must be independently owned/controlled, and commercially released in the United States and its Territories between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. Single tracks, EPs, and albums can qualify for all categories listed as Best Record. For discounts on bulk submissions (10 or more), email sales@a2im.org.

If you used this platform last year, just log in with previous credentials at libera.awardsplatform.com

Start an Entry

Select a category and please fill out all required information. View a list of all awards categories and their descriptions here.

Add Attachments

In order to successfully submit your entry, at least (3) attachments are required to complete your submission: (1) Audio File, (1) Cover Art, and (1) URL. For video based categories, please also submit at least (1) video. For Label of the Year, Independent Champion, Distributor of the Year, and Publisher of the Year categories, only upload a high-res company logo.
If Independent Champion is a person, upload a headshot.
